I cannot believe I have been a faculty member of Santa Clara Catholic Academy for 20 years! Time flies! Santa Clara holds a very special spot in my heart, and it gives me immense joy to be a part of our learning community.
As we are all aware, this year is a difficult and challenging times for all of us involved in education. There are plenty of challenges ahead of us. But one thing is for certain; here in Santa Clara, we provide our students varied activities and different approaches to learning to develop optimally in all areas. Our PreK and Kinder curriculums provide opportunities to stimulate meaningful learning experiences through play-based approach and age-appropriate learning experiences for children. Our Dual Language Program aims to teach the students to learn and be proficient in both English and Spanish languages because we believe that speaking more than one language enhances abilities and empowers a student. We integrate Smartboard activities to introduce our young learners to learn technology skills. Most importantly; we provide a caring, safe, secure, empathetic, loving, and healthy learning environment.
We implore the guidance of the Holy Spirit of Jesus to help us grow in our faith and develop kind and respectful relationships with our teachers and peers. As a Diocesan school, our love for God is the center of our learning. This year is no exception! Our PreK and Kinder Classes will be filled with memorable experiences because Santa Clara is an exceptional place to grow, achieve, and develop a lifelong Love of Learning!
