Submit Your Re-Enrollment

Access FACTS Family Portal

• Please go to FACTS Family Portal
• District Code: SCA-TX
• Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
• Go to left-side Navigation Menu
• Click on Apply/Enroll
• Click on Enrollment/Reenrollment

The Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your currently enrolled child/children. The online process should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved so you can quit and come back later.

Please complete each section of the form. The last steps request payment of the enrollment fee and an "enrollment packet review." Please remember to pay the enrollment application fee and submit the forms when prompted. Once the re-enrollment form is successfully submitted, a confirmation email will be sent.
